File manager
Open the Files tab for your service. Check the destination directory first. Download a copy before replacing working configuration. Only extract archives from trusted sources and verify their contents. Do not send support files containing passwords or tokens.
SFTP connection
Use the exact host, port and username shown in service settings. SFTP is different from FTP and does not use Cloudflare’s standard web proxy. Do not copy connection details from another service. Verify the host-key fingerprint on first connection; contact support before accepting an unexpected change.
Domains and ports
A node1, node2 or node3 address with a port does not necessarily provide a public website for your bot. Incoming ports and HTTPS are configured separately. Discord and Telegram long-polling bots normally make outbound connections.
Permissions
Grant other people only the permissions they need. SFTP can also expose application configuration. Use a strong password and, where supported, your own SSH key.
