Privacy and data

What data the panel uses and how to make a request. Updated 6 November 2026.

Account and operations

The panel stores account details, including username, email, password hash, security settings, resource allocations and operational activity. Application files and configuration are part of the service. IP addresses and technical details may appear in security and operational logs.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in uses your basic profile and email address. It does not access Gmail or Google Drive files. Linking an existing account requires verification; administrator accounts use their own security process.

Support

Tickets, messages and attachments are available to their author and administrators. Email notifications contain a panel link rather than message contents or attachments. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary to resolve your issue.

Other services

The website uses Cloudflare, and infrastructure connects privately through Tailscale. The Discord community and optional Google sign-in rely on third-party services and their own terms.

Access, correction, export and deletion

Submit a request from your signed-in account under Privacy, or email [email protected]. Account ownership is verified before data is released or deleted. See Exporting and deleting data in the documentation for practical steps.

Important information

This page describes technical data handling based on verified features. Without complete controller identification, legal bases and confirmed retention periods, it cannot be considered full compliance with GDPR information requirements. A free service is not automatically exempt from those requirements.
