Export your project
Download your application files and export databases separately. Keep dependency lists and note your runtime version. Store secret tokens separately and securely. Request account history or other personal data through the Privacy category in the support centre.
Delete a service
Check your own data copies before requesting deletion. Provide the exact service name or identifier. Stopping a service does not delete its files. Deletion may be irreversible and is different from downgrading a plan.
Delete an account
While signed in, open a support ticket under Privacy and describe what you want removed. An administrator will verify ownership and explain the effect on your services. We never need your password or recovery code. Automatic one-click account deletion is not available yet.
Data retention
Service contents are stored while the service is active. Contact support about the current state of logs, backups and deletion options. We do not promise a verified automatic deadline for removing every copy. Operational and security records may serve a different purpose from bot files.
