Service scope
Standard accounts can run their own Discord and Telegram bots within their allocated resources. Service is subject to available capacity, without a contractual uptime guarantee. You can request a higher plan from an administrator.
Acceptable use
Only run content and code you are authorised to use. Follow the rules of Discord, Telegram and any other services you use. Protect your bot users’ privacy and avoid storing unnecessary personal data.
Prohibited use
- Malware, phishing, stolen tokens and unauthorised access.
- DDoS attacks, spam, unsolicited bulk messages or evasion of platform limits.
- Cryptocurrency mining, abuse of computing resources or using multiple accounts to evade limits.
- Illegal content, infringement of others’ rights or attempts to access other people’s services.
Suspension and termination
An administrator may restrict or suspend a service following abuse, a security incident or capacity problems. Serious threats may require immediate action. Stopping a service does not delete it; contact support about recovery and next steps. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline for inactive accounts without an established policy.
Data and backups
Keep an independent copy of your project. Check that you have it before requesting deletion. Contact the support centre for personal-data requests. These operational rules do not replace complete legal documentation or represent a claim of compliance with every applicable law.
