AxHost does not currently offer guaranteed availability or financial compensation. Maintenance, network issues, limited capacity and individual node outages may interrupt your service.
How we measure availability
Monitoring checks the panel and each node’s Wings service every minute. Availability is the proportion of successful checks. This does not independently verify every bot or guarantee monthly uptime.
Recovering your project
Keep your own copies of files and databases. Before restoring, check that you have the correct version. The backup allowance available in the panel may vary by service.
